We do not accept credit or debit cards.
We will accept personal checks,cash, cashiers check or money order. Please make check or money order payable to: Lois A. Woods. Send to address above.
Week-ends- $90.00 per night +12% tax
Sun.thru Thurs.- $ 75.00 per night +12% tax
Rates below are based on 2 adults *Senior discount 10% for those 55 or older( ask when making reservations)
Week-ends-(minimum 2 night stay)
Fri.& Sat.- $180.00 both nights *Senior discount- $162.00 both nights
Sunday thru Thursday*-
*Stay 2 nights-3rd night free(offer does not apply during October)
Week days- $75.00 *Senior discount- $67.50 per night
Beginning September 14th thru October - Week-ends $100.00 per night +tax
Sunday thru Thursday-$85.00 per night + tax
Check in time3:30 p.m. Check out time 11:30 a.m.
Deposit of one nights stay due within 10 days of making reservation-final payment due at check in. 7 day cancellation policy- no refunds on late cancellations,no shows or early departures or conditions beyond our control such as weather,power outages,etc.
$15.00 cancellation charge
NO pets allowed.
NO smoking inside cabin. Smoking is allowed on the screened-in porch or side deck. Please use ashtrays/containers provided, do not throw lit or unlit butts in the yard or on the grounds!!! Carelessly tossed cigarette/cigars can cause forest fires!!!
NO hunting or discharge of firearms, no setting off fireworks on property. NO campfires/fires.
Guests are to stay within marked property boundaries, please do not trepass on neighboring properties.
Cabin for 2 adults. No extra overnight guests.
Guests will be held responsible for damage done to cabin or it's contents.
Guests who do not comply with these rules will be asked to leave. There will be no refund of deposit!!!
